Well guys I wasn’t here for a day or two as I travelled with the InspireME Global Principal Director, Ankie Kitsz, to Bowral, NSW. It was a two edged sword: It was to get away for a night to celebrate her birthday (don’t ask, suffice to say, older than 21……..) but to also look at what inspiring places we could find for you, our potential clients. What we didn’t expect was to find one of the most amazing restaurants we have been to in years. I can only suggest, especially if you have a special occasion to share with a loved one, that you need to get there. Through pure chance, whilst searching on our phones (yes I know…….), we both discovered, and through different sites: Biota Dining (https://www.biotadining.com). WOW!!!!!! The service was outstanding and the food………..incredible. To have the chefs themselves also present some of the dishes they created enhanced the experience. The wait staff style and manner was fantastic. It reminded us of the standard one expects and gets from the professional staff in Europe restaurants and cafes. I will provide more on our accommodation discoveries in another post, but this dining experience HAD to be shared. We are still gushing (well I am in a very manly way!!!) about it to all of our friends. Do yourself a favour…..get there!!!!
